The handmade process allows us to provide you all with the highest quality product possible. We also inspect each Flowstar before going out to ensure it meets out level of quality standard. While we catch 99% of all production issues before they go out, sometimes we may miss something. We stand behind all of our products and will always make sure we take care of you and get you what you intended on purchasing.
